Prism City

Prism city is an extra-large project at Charholi, offering extra-large homes at reasonable costs. Spread across the vast area the project has seven phases, each named after one colour of the rainbow. Charholi is known for compact homes, but Prism city was offering a big semi-furnished home in the customer’s budget. BrandBand Media promoted the project as extra-large homes in budget. We created a colourful solution for the colourful township. The campaign aimed to convince buyers that Prism City is a good investment. Newspaper and outdoor campaigns were designed with a middle-class audience in mind, whose budgets limit them when it comes to buying a dream home.
As a result, we emphasized extra-large home that is budget-friendly. Since the project revolves around the idea of colours, we chose a theme of seven colours of white light for the brochure and site branding. The theme of colours complements the idea of classic dream homes. The newspaper and outdoor ads highlighted the extra-large homes, and the other print material highlighted the colourful thought behind the project. We need not say more. The campaign speaks about our work!

BEST STALL
DESIGN AWARD

We are proud to announce that the stall we designed for Prism City has been awarded the Best Stall Design Award at the 22nd Mega Property Expo 2023. The design was appreciated for its creative approach and attention to detail. We put in a lot of effort and hard work to create a stall that would stand out from the rest and showcase the unique features of Prism City. It’s an honor to receive this recognition and we are grateful for the opportunity to showcase our creativity and expertise in the field of design.
