Started as a humble cooperative has grown into a beloved brand that combines farm-fresh authenticity with modern convenience, winning hearts across Western Maharashtra. Katraj isn’t just a dairy brand. it’s part of family routines, festivals, and daily meals.

THE CHALLENGE

Even with its strong legacy, Katraj’s packaging wasn’t doing justice to its products because of
weak shelf presence meant it didn’t stand out against competitors, & Limited visual storytelling failed to convey the quality and personality of each product.
 
Our challenge was clear: create packaging that celebrates each product’s uniqueness while maintaining the trust and heritage Katraj is known for.
