Redefining the famous Chicken Brand For years, chicken have been synonymous with Aamir Chicken in Pune. When Aamir Chicken, Pune decided to rebrand itself, our challenge was to maintain this equation while creating its new identity. Our task was to create a brand identity for them.

Solution

BrandBand Media did it all, from suggesting the catchy name to developing the tagline, to designing the outlets. The thought was simple, to make people relate to the brand and at the same time make it memorable. Hence we came up with the name KukudKu that’s catchy yet simple and easy to remember. We developed the tagline that goes with the thought of making an equation of chicken with the brand-‘Chicken Bole toh KukudKu’. Also, we did this balancing act while designing the logo and Mascot for KukudKu. Along with the name and logo, the most crucial part for KukudKu was retail outlets. Based on our survey and research, we discovered most chicken outlets are not clean and hygienic. Hence, we designed an outlet that can be easily maintained and is attractive. We promoted hygienic chicken as a brand identity for KukudKu. And it worked wonders! It resulted in a higher sales volume for Kukud Ku.
